Joshua will meet you in person to discuss the scope of work, review the work site, take photos and go back to his trusted trades and suppliers to advise you of the best path forward. He will consider the environment, the budget, government legislation and timeframes.

Joshua will work as fast as possible and aim to provide you with an obligation-free quotation within 14 days. As well as your quote, Josh will usually be able to provide a 3D mockup of how the project is expected to look once complete. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the day you receive the quote. Quotes include insurance, materials, labour and GST.

As soon as the acceptance stage is finished, Josh will provide you with a formal commencement date. This should be no surprise as the expected commencement date would be discussed over the first 3 stages.

Communication is the key to any successful project and we will keep you in the loop at every stage. For larger projects, you will receive a written weekly progress update, and for small projects, progress will be discussed via email or phone.
